Most of us have old photos that are just waiting to be placed in the right antique picture frames!
Seriously, digging up old photographs of our ancestors, seeing them in black and white and a bit faded, you just know that no other frame should be used but an antique.

Here's why
One:
It's fun! This is a great way to spend one afternoon with your friend(s) or even your spouse. And even if you are looking for antique frames, you never know what other treasures' you will find.
Two:
History. Although a reproduction or copy of genuine antiques is nice, a lot of people like the thought of having a really old and used frame. I guess just thinking of the history that an antique has gone though adds to the charm of the frame.
Three:
Sometimes, there's just no substitute for the five senses. No matter how large you can click that image of an old frame on the Internet, nothing beats being able to run your fingers though the frame moldings and seeing for yourself the great etchings or corner details of a genuine antique!
